NeigborCircles, tercera reunion!!

El dia 15 de Noviembre se realizo la tercera y ultima reunion del NeighborCircle llevado a cabo en el 56 de la Eutaw St. en Lawrence. Este dia los participantes compartieron ideas las cuales los llevaron a la conclucion de querer trabajar unidos y aportar mejoras a su vecindario.

   These are volunteer members of the network that meet monthly to provide oversight for all FAB programs. Members work with the staff to  outreach to new participants,develop new programs in response to community needs,identify potential partnerships,funding resources,and raise funds.

NeighborCircles ! Segunda reunion….

Noviembre 8,se llevo a cabo la segunda reunion de NeighborCircles en el 56 de la Eutaw St en Lawrence. En esta reunion los vecinos disfrutaron de un delicioso refrigerio,una muy buena conversacion en donde ellos mismos compartieron lo bueno y las preocupaciones que tienen en su vecindario mostrando a la vez la buena intencion de mejorar el mismo. Gracias de nuevo a la Sra. Mercedes de la Cruz quien fue nuestra anfitriona y a todos los vecinos que participaron de esta segunda reunion.

     On November 13, in Our House Campus ,It was another Open House that assistants  met members and learned about the different opportunities offered at LCW,where friends,family and neighbors were welcome.

 November 1, On 56 Eutaw St. in Lawrence, a group of neighbors met to share hopes and dreams, and to find ways to work together and make positive changes on their street, in their neighborhood and their city. With help from Lawrence Community Works Inc.,a non-profit community organization,that wonderful group were  coming together for good food,good conversation and good conections.
